Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility to our customers, Aureglo allows order cancellations under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may not be accepted if order processing has already begun

• Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
